One thing I’ve been doing along with all this blogging and erotic writing is quite a bit of research. Some of it has been about different avenues of publishing, and some of it has involved resources for bloggers, as well as interesting opportunities to make a little money on the side if you spend a lot of time on the computer. I found a file uploading and trading service that actually pays you to use it- who would have thought. It allows me to upload and store files so I can free up some space on my computer, and lets me choose to share the files if I want. Interesting.

There are some restrictions, of course, but the service looks pretty useful. I signed up and am still experimenting- but you get about ten bucks for every 1,000 downloads- and if you’re transferring stuff back and fourth on the net anyway, why not? It uploads pretty fast and seems useful, so I thought I’d check it out. When I did some searches for things I might be interested in I found a lot of cool mp3’s and video’s. Signing up is easy and free, but they also have additional services to offer with premium accounts.

I needed a place to store a bunch of files so I could access them from other computers, and it works pretty well for that. I haven’t had a membership long, but it pays out via paypal, so that should also be easy and efficient. I’ll let you know how it works out, but if you want to try it out too, click on the banner:

Wow. It’s essentially face book for spanko’s. I want to personally cause this guys membership to jump by several hundred. I’m not sure quote when it went up, but it’s pretty new, and the word is spreading really fast. I watched the membership jump from around 300 to more than 700 in a couple of days.  You can create a profile, chat, upload photos, videos and music, and a LOT of people from all over the world are doing it.

This is a very new blog, and it’s coming along really fast and I’m pleased. You’ve already heard that I recently published my first book of spanking related erotic fiction, which I’m still geeked about. If it goes well, I’m already working on some material for the next book, which I plan to call “Whipping Girl”. I was so excited last night when I found -another- great spanking picture in the public domain; I think I want to use this for the cover.

What do you think? It evokes a lot of very warm thoughts for me ;-)~

I grew up in a place where corporal punishment was not allowed in schools, although teachers often gave light birthday spankings as something of a tradition in elementary school. We all heard lot’s of stories about how things had been different, and many of us were spanked at home at least on occasion.

I remember wanting to get spanked in school, but also being terrified of the idea. I found myself daydreaming about it a lot in class, actually. I’m pretty sure if they had allowed spanking in schools I would have resoundingly found myself not daydreaming so much!

I think I would have been embarassed to be spanked by my teachers. If it happened in front of other kids I would probably have felt ashamed- although I could see having gotten myself into some prediciment just to see what it felt like to get in trouble!That sense of embarassment would have been even more intense if they pulled your pants and possibly your panties down! Conversely, I would be much much more worried about it if asked to stay during recess or sent to the principal’s office. I’d imagine that behind closed doors with no one else around a spanking could go on much longer- no sympathy from the class to get you out of trouble faster. It would ave been scary, I think, to be punished at school like that– and in all honesty, effective.

I don’t have to think too much about what a cane, strap, or paddle feels like…. I know. However, the psychological element of corporal punishment used as real discipline has always been fascinating to me. Obviously, I must not have gotten much of that in an educational context; my spelling would be much better!

While bouncing around the internet I find many cool links…so I’m going to start posting some of them here as a way to be able keep track of them, and share the fun with anyone else who has similar fascinations. One cool thing I found a little while ago that I haven’t forgotten yet was an audio story by Richard Windsor, who has a deep rich voice and tells a story well. It makes an excellent bedtime story for spankophiles!

I was working on a story, when I found this picture….

This picture is public domanin, model and photographer unknown. I found it artistic in a way that expresses different things than a lot of the spanking pictures I like.  When I look at this one it evokes feelings of shame and repentance, willing submission, and desire for absolution.  

If you like stories about naughty schoolgirls getting their come-uppance, you’ll like my story “Lessons”. It’s an 11 chapter novella I just finished for the book I’m working on- “Naughty Bedtime Stories”. It’s the one that caused the most stir, both positive and negative.

10 years ago it was very common to find schoolgirl fantasies. Usually they involved some physical discipline, veiled sexual urges, and no real sex. Back then, it seems that everyone understood them to be the fantasys of adults. Now, the spanking community has whitewashed itself a bit in ways that I think are too politically correct to actually be correct. When I wrote this story I was imagining -being- the girl in the story– not suggesting that anyone go home and beat their kids. It was controversial enough, much to my surprise, that it got pulled from one site. Then I got about 100 letters from all the folks who had been reading it- they REALLY wanted to know what happened next!  LOL.

Although I often make a disclaimer that explains that I think we should explore these things safely as consenting adults, I -DO- like stories that have a plausable context for discipline. This may not be a popular idea. I like the idea of a real or implied authority figure, and that the miscreant getting punished might not really have a choice. I find the psychological context of it far more fascinating. I also like it when the person in the submissive position has a respect for the dominant person, and may not like getting punished but come to an acceptance somewhere in the process. I prefer it when there is some involvment between the characters in their story,  such as a teacher that cares for his students and knows that he can get through to this one in that fashion.

“Lessons” was inspired almost entirely by the kind of writing I found in Mary Catherine and Dean’s stories on St Francis School for Girls. There is a wealth of free spanking fiction in their library, and while they haven’t updated it in a long time it’s very comprehensive.  Check out the link on the right when you have a long afternoon or evening to read as much as you want, and I’m sure you’ll enjoy it.They are some of the best schoolgirl stories on the net.
